The vault keeps working after you set it up

An estate plan is not a one-off task. Documents go out of date quietly, and a plan that was correct in one year can be wrong in the next.

  • A binding superannuation nomination lapses after about three years. The period depends on the fund.
  • A life event changes what a will should say. A marriage, a separation, a birth, or a death in the family.
  • A registration or a licence expires. The vault holds the date and warns you before it passes.
  • A review date passes. The vault shows the record as review due until you confirm it.

The vault watches the dates in your records, shows what needs attention, and reminds you before a date passes. That work continues for as long as your plan needs to stay correct, and it is why the price recurs rather than being paid once.

Why isn't it all free?

Your vault stays useful because it keeps working: it watches the dates in your records, shows what needs a review, and reminds you before a date passes. Storing sensitive documents securely, sending Check-Ins, scanning files for malware, and answering support tickets also cost real money. Charging a modest amount for the heavier features lets us keep the Free tier genuinely free, with no tracking and no selling your data. It also keeps us answerable to you rather than to advertisers.

Can I downgrade from Premium back to Free?

Yes. If you downgrade, your items stay. Storage above the Free allowance and people above the Free limit remain in your vault but become read-only until you either remove some or upgrade again. Nothing is deleted automatically.

Do you take payment in AUD?

Yes! All prices on this page are in Australian dollars and include GST.

What happens to my vault if I cancel Premium?

Your vault stays. We move you back to Vault Free at the end of your billing period. Your Check-Ins keep running, your nominees stay nominated, and your existing items are preserved (read-only if they exceed the Free limits).
