Common questions about pricing

Why isn't it all free?

Storing sensitive documents in Australian data centres, sending SMS Check-Ins, scanning files for malware, and answering support tickets all cost real money. Charging a modest amount for the heavier features lets us keep the Free tier genuinely free — no ads, no tracking, no selling your data. It also keeps us answerable to you rather than to advertisers.

Can I downgrade from Premium back to Free?

Yes. If you downgrade, items beyond the 25-item Free limit and any uploaded files remain in your vault but become read-only until you either remove some or upgrade again. Nothing is deleted automatically.

Do you take payment in AUD?

Yes — all prices on this page are in Australian dollars and include GST. We do not have hidden currency conversion fees.

What happens to my vault if I cancel Premium?

Your vault stays. We move you back to Vault Free at the end of your billing period. Your Check-Ins keep running, your nominees stay nominated, and your existing items are preserved (read-only if they exceed the Free limits).

When are Premium and Family actually launching?

The Free tier is the product you'll see at launch. Premium and Family are being finalised and will roll out shortly after. Sign up now for free and we'll let you know the moment the paid tiers go live — there will be founder pricing for early users.
